What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• The information you enter in the contact form: name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, how you heard about us, an approximate loss figure and your description of the situation.
• The content of any email or call you initiate.
• Standard technical data recorded by the hosting provider when a page is requested, such as the IP address, the time of the request and the browser used.

Why we use it

To read and assess your enquiry, to reply to it, and — if you decide to instruct us — to carry out the work. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising or profiling.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us. Statutory retention periods depend on the applicable jurisdiction. Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer you.
